Abstract
暂时夹闭引流管是减少全膝关节置换术后失血量较为简便、应用最广泛、研究最多的一种方法.介绍了全膝关节置换术后暂时夹闭引流管的目的和作用、实施方法,从失血量、血红蛋白值和输血率说明引流管暂时夹管的有效性,从隐性失血量、并发症的发生情况、膝关节活动范围和膝关节评分方面阐述其安全性,并推荐保证引流管暂时夹管有效性和安全性的最佳夹管时间为4～6 h.
