Abstract
目前,腹腔镜阑尾切除术(Laparoscopic Appendectomy,LA)已成为治疗阑尾炎的首选方法.但对急性化脓性阑尾炎患者,阑尾增粗肿胀,系膜水肿增厚,阑尾腔内充满脓液,张力增高,镜下操作时或阑尾切除后取出过程中,易造成阑尾破溃,脓液外溢,污染腹腔或穿刺口,造成术后腹腔残余感染或穿刺口感染.
