Abstract
全麻插管患儿手术结束后数小时内,由于镇静催眠剂、肌松剂和止痛剂的作用尚未完全消失,保护性反射尚未完全恢复,常易发生气道阻塞,引起缺氧、二氧化碳蓄积等生理紊乱,严密观察及早处理至关重要.1992～2001年我院麻醉恢复室接收286例全麻插管术后患儿,其中102例发生气道阻塞,护理介绍如下.
