Abstract
目的 分析颅内圧监测联合超声在去骨瓣减压患者中的应用效果.方法 选取200例去骨瓣减压患者,按照不同救治方法将其分为对照组与观察组各100例,对照组应用标准去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组应用颅内压监测联合超声检查,对比2组患者的临床效果.结果 观察组治疗后的格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);对照组的存活率为68.0％,显著低于观察组的89.0％ (P ＜0.05).结论 颅内圧监测联合超声在去骨瓣减压患者中的临床应用效果显著.
