Abstract
目的 评估各染色方法在周围神经虚拟三维重建中应用可行性.方法 采集临床胫神经标本,将处理好的标本切片分别用Kamovsky-Roots染色、乙酰胆碱酯酶染色、胆碱乙酰转移酶染色和碳酸酐酶染色4种不同染色,拍照观察,评估各染色方法.结果 Karnovsky-Roots和胆碱乙酰转移酶染色部位与背景区域视觉差异明显,而乙酰胆碱酯酶染色和碳酸酐酶染色部位与背景区域视觉差异不明显.Kamovsky-Roots染色步骤最为简单.结论 Karnovsky-Roots法较为适合应用于周围神经虚拟重建.
