Abstract
目的 探讨膜辅助蛋白(MCP)在自然流产中的表达及其生物学意义.方法 采用Real-time PCR和免疫印迹技术检测MCP基因的mRNA和蛋白质表达水平;采用流式细胞术检测滋养层细胞的凋亡率,Transwell小室法评估滋养层细胞的侵袭能力.结果 MCP在自然流产蜕膜组织中显著低于人工流产的蜕膜组织:抑制MCP基因表达显著增加滋养层细胞凋亡,且滋养层细胞侵袭能力显著减弱.结论 MCP在滋养层细胞凋亡中发挥重要作用,并可能由此导致自然流产的发生.
