渗出性中耳炎是临床最常见的以鼓室积液及听力下降为主要特征的中耳非化脓性疼痛.典型表现为传音功能障碍.左氧氟沙星(Lev-ofloxacin)是氧氟沙星的左旋体,其抗菌作用是氧氟沙星的2倍,药物动力学特性与氧氟沙星相似,不良反应减少.
