中药止痛胶囊治疗痛经的疗效观察

Abstract
2000年8月～2001年5月,笔者采用中药新制剂止痛胶囊治疗痛经31例,并与延胡索止痛片治疗31例作对比观察.现将结果报告如下.
1 资料与方法
治疗组31例,年龄17～44 岁;病程3个月～10年;原发性痛经8例,继发性痛经23例;重度7例,中度19例,轻度5例.辨证分型:气滞血瘀型18例(包括兼气血虚弱型2例),寒湿凝滞型8例,湿热瘀阻型5例.
