Abstract
心脏骤停包括院外心脏骤停和院内心脏骤停 , 存活率为 12％ 和 24.9％ [1-2],在我国每年心脏性猝死的总人数约为 54.4 万人.大多数猝死是心源性的 [3],而大多数心脏性猝死与继发于结构性心脏病或原发性心脏电异常的心律失常有关.如果在几分钟内得不到迅速和适当的治疗,大多数患者在抵达医院之前就会死亡.
