妊娠期糖尿病( GDM)是指妊娠期发生或首次发现的不同程度的糖代谢异常。 GDM发生的高危因素有高龄、肥胖、糖尿病家族史、不良孕产史等，其中高龄是GDM发生的独立危险因素。本文探讨高龄孕妇GDM的发病风险及应对策略。
