Abstract
Sézary综合征(Sézary syndrome,SS)于1938年由Sézary及Bouvrain首先报道并命名.近年来研究证实本病是以皮肤为原发损害的侵袭性较强的T细胞淋巴瘤,是由于T淋巴细胞肿瘤性增生造成的结果,故又称为"T细胞淋巴瘤性红皮病"或"T细胞红皮病"[1].Sézary综合征以红皮病、泛发性淋巴结肿大及皮肤、淋巴结和外周血中有恶性T细胞(Sézary细胞)为特征,临床中较为罕见,仅占皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤发病率的5％.预后差,5年生存率只有25％[2].
