大剂量米托蒽醌在晚期淋巴瘤患者治疗中的应用和护理

Abstract
米托蒽醌是细胞周期非特异蒽醌类抗肿瘤药,对于淋巴瘤有较好的疗效,但因其使用剂量及方法各家报道不一[1～3].我院将蒽醌类药物米托蒽醌引入预处理方案,大剂量(60～80mg/m2)一次性应用,并采取系统化整体护理从而及时发现患者的病情变化,采取有效的护理对策.应用7年,使晚期淋巴瘤患者的无瘤生存期明显提高,不良反应大大降低,现报道如下.
