Abstract
目的 了解军医大学护理双师职业倦怠特点,探讨职业倦怠与压力、应对方式、社会支持的相关性.方法 采取一般情况调查表、职业倦怠量表(Maslach burnout inventory-human service survey,MBI-HSS)、中文版知觉压力量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、简易应对方式问卷(simple coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)和(perceived social support scale,PSSS)对3所军医大学附属医院的835名护理双师进行调查与分析.结果 军医大学护理双师在情感衰竭(emotional exhaustion,EE)、去人格化(depersonalization,DP)、个人成就感(personal achievement,PA)3个维度处于高度倦怠水平的分别占18.8%、12.5%、28.1%,处于中度倦怠水平的分别占23.7%、18.2%、19.6%;压力、应对方式、社会支持是职业倦怠的影响因素.结论 军医大学护理双师职业倦怠总体状况较好,在进行职业倦怠干预时应充分考虑压力、应对方式和社会支持等影响因素.
