连续性肾脏替代治疗救治心肺联合移植术后严重肺积水并发急性肾衰竭患者1例的护理

Abstract
心肺联合移植(combined heart lung transplan-tation,CHLT)是目前治疗终末期心肺功能衰竭的有效手段[1].然而临床上此手术复杂、并发症多,术后存活率较低.此外,受心脏源、肺源及患者经济情况等因素的影响,此手术开展受到极大的限制.我院于2016年8月成功地为1例特发性肺动脉高压、右心功能不全、心功能三级患者实施了心肺联合移植手术.但患者术后出现严重肺积水并发急性肾损伤,通过有效的连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)、多科室严密的病情监测及精心的护理,目前患者病情平稳.现将护理体会报道如下.
