Abstract
目的 探讨已婚异地护士留职意愿的稳定性.方法 采用半结构式访谈,选取已婚异地护士15名,应用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料.结果 已婚异地护士留职意愿的自我感受可归纳为以下4个主题:角色情感上的无助;高压的医疗工作环境;不能有效协调工作和家庭的关系;对前途和未来的不确定感.结论 了解异地婚恋的护士为人妻母后关于留职意愿的真实感受,有助于帮助其建立正确的职业价值观,提高留职的稳定性,并有利于护理队伍稳定性的建设.
