Abstract
业已证实,85%以上的急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者的冠脉内有新鲜血栓形成,因此溶栓疗法已成为AMI患者最重要的选择性紧急疗法[1].我科自1999年10月至今应用尿激酶溶栓治疗早期急性心肌梗死26例,取得了良好的效果.
