总结基于集束化护理理念对1例重型再障合并口角炎行二次造血干细胞移植术患儿的护理体会.根据患儿重型再障与二次造血干细胞移植术的特点, 以循证为导向, 联合多学科团队模式, 结合临床实践经验, 制定了一系列行之有效的护理方案:实施全环境保护, 评估患儿全身营养状况, 口角炎创面面积, 疼痛指数, 以及破溃创面微生物的监测结果等, 患儿的口角炎得到控制并愈合, 成功转出层流室病房.
