Abstract
目的 探讨两种简易输液装置测定中心静脉压在临床应用的优缺点.方法 选择住院患者60例,其中心力衰竭患者30例,恶液质患者30例.应用简易输液装置和改良简易输液装置测定方法在患者同一静脉管腔进行中心静脉压测定,并比较两种方法测量数据的差异.结果 采用改良简易输液装置与简易输液装置所测CVP数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且前者操作更简便、安全,符合无菌原则.结论 采用避光输液器测量CVP结果准确,操作更简单、方便、安全,适宜在普通病房和院外急救或基层医院使用.
