Abstract
注射用苄星青霉素为青霉素二苄基乙胺盐与适量的缓冲剂及混悬剂混合制成的无菌粉末,在体内通过抑制细菌细胞壁合成而发挥杀菌作用[1].临床上主要用于早期梅毒的治疗,通常是将240万U的注射用苄星青霉素分两侧臀部肌肉注射,每周1次,连续3～4周.
