Abstract
目的 回顾性分析四脑室区肿瘤MR表现,旨在提高对四脑室区肿瘤定位及诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析26例经手术病理证实的四脑室区肿瘤MR资料.结果 MR可多方位显示病灶位置、内部信号及强化特点,本组病例影像诊断符合率92.3％.结论 磁共振是四脑室区肿瘤首选检查技术,能为临床术前评估和术后疗效评价提供较为精准影像信息.
