1例易漏检的CisAB01／A血清学鉴定和基因分型

Abstract
CisAB血型为ABO血型中罕见的亚型，初检时常表现为正反定型不符［1］。但在医院送检的 ABO正反定型不符的标本中，作者发现1例患者血样在室温下初检时正反定型均为A型，经过进一步血清学鉴定和基因分型检测后判定为 Cis‐AB01／A型，从而避免了血型的误判，现报道如下。
