Abstract
目的测定甲亢患者血清中可溶性细胞间黏附分子（ sICAM‐1）、可溶性 E‐选择素（E‐selectin）水平，探讨 sICAM‐1、E‐选择素与甲亢病情的关系。方法用酶联免疫分析法（ELISA）检测22例甲亢患者治疗前后 sICAM‐1、E‐选择素水平。结果甲亢患者治疗前血清 sICAM‐1、E‐选择素水平明显高于甲亢患者治疗后血清中的水平（P＜0．05）。结论 sICAM‐1及 E‐选择素参与甲亢发病过程，sICAM‐1及 E‐选择素可作为判断病情严重性的指标。
