Abstract
目的了解急性胆源性胰腺炎(ABP)患者血浆内皮素(ET )浓度的变化与其发病机制的关系.方法采用放免法测定 ABP 患者、胆石症(GD)患者及健康人血浆 ET 水平.结果ABP 患者血浆 ET (80.78±12.36) pg/L 明显增高;ABP 患者血浆 ET 明显高于 GD(61.02±9.14)pg/L 患者(P<0.01),其中重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血浆 ET (84.95±14.93)pg/L 明显高于轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者 ET (68.43±12.60)pg /L(P<0.01).结论血浆 ET 在 ABP 发病过程中起重要作用,测定 ABP 患者血浆 ET 水平对临床诊断和治疗有重要指导意义.
