Abstract
目的调查在湖北省襄阳市中医医院妇科门诊就诊妇女阴道分泌物感染及混合感染的情况.方法对1079份分泌物标本分别用唾液酸酶法和常规检测法进行分析.结果 1079份受检标本中,真菌感染率为18.42%,滴虫感染率为4.25%,均比细菌性阴道炎(BV)的发病率低(23.17%),线索细胞为13.72%.结论应加强BV感染的临床诊断,采用方便、快捷、准确的方法对BV进行诊断.
