滋阴益气活血解毒法防治糖尿病合并ACS的回顾与展望

Abstract
目前糖尿病的患病率呈上升趋势,心血管疾病是糖尿病的主要并发症,急性冠脉综合征(ACS)是冠心病的危重形式,与非糖尿病患者相比,糖尿病合并ACS的患者病情更严重,治疗矛盾多,困难大.尽管经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)对冠状动脉的再通起到了一定作用,但对糖尿病ACS患者而言,PCI术后面临的问题仍然严重.中医学认为糖尿病ACS的病因病机为气阴两虚,瘀毒内蕴.通过临床观察和回顾性分析发现,糖尿病ACS患者采用滋阴益气、活血解毒疗法的干预,简化了治疗方案,是多环节、多途径、多靶点的整体调节治疗,是中医药整体观念、辨证论治、多环节干预的独特优势在糖尿病ACS综合防治方面的充分体现.
