本实验拟在建立兔肺缺血-再灌注损伤(pulmonary ischemia/reperfusion injury, PIRI)动物模型上,观察血浆内皮素(endothelin,ET)含量、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)水平及肺组织形态学的改变,了解左旋精氨酸(L-arginine，L-Arg)对它们的影响,以探讨其可能的作用机制.
