Abstract
小儿由于年幼无知,常易误服一些颜色好看或带有甜味(如糖衣)的药物或毒物,大多数患儿有大人照顾,所以服药后易早发现.对于这一类急性服毒后的患儿可采用自饮催吐洗胃法阻止其毒物的继续吸收.自1994年-1996年我院门诊部曾采用自饮催吐法治疗17例小儿中毒病例,效果较好,现总结如下.
