Abstract
人工全膝关节置换术 (total knee arthroplasty, TKA)术后常导致剧烈疼痛,约30％的病人有中度疼痛,60％有重度疼痛 [1].同时TKA术后需进行早期康复训练(如患肢的股四头肌收缩练习及持续被动运动等训练),但康复训练常伴有剧烈的疼痛和股四头肌痉挛,不仅会造成病人身心痛苦,甚至会影响到术后功能锻练以及假体关节的效果.
