Abstract
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病最常见的并发症,其发病机制复杂,在过去的二三十年中,DPN的研究集中在神经元代谢相关的途径中.本综述总结了DPN发病机制的最新进展,即高血糖通过促进施万细胞病变,内质网应激参与DPN的发病机制;以及疼痛性的糖尿病神经病变(painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy,PDPN)的发病机制,即Na+、Ca2+通道、小胶质细胞、巨噬细胞在PDPN中的作用,以期帮助临床医师更好的理解DPN和PDPN.
