Abstract
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在全身性肿瘤中占10％,成为我国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,且呈逐年上升趋势.目前,手术治疗是乳腺癌患者的主要治疗方法,以改良根治术为主,配合化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗等综合治疗.由于手术切除范围广、损伤大,容易引起术后患肢功能运动障碍以及上肢水肿等并发症,所以术后对患肢功能锻炼的早期干预至关重要.
