运动可以直接或间接促进脑健康.青少年时期进行有规律运动可以提高心肺适能,优化影响脑成熟的神经环境,增强认知功能发展;中年时期,运动通过增加脑灰质和心血管功能,阻止诱发老年期认知功能下降的神经生物学事件的发生,是人生维持认知功能的核心阶段;在老年时期,运动对增加心肺适能、维持脑白质结构完整、预防认知功能降低非常重要.
