Abstract
骨不连多为骨折后固定不良、继发骨感染、骨缺损或局部软组织条件差等引起,其中感染性骨不连最常见,也较难处理.近年采用外固定支架固定治疗感染性骨不连.操作简单,固定可靠,对骨骼局部血供损伤小,能在早期进行有效的功能锻炼,有利于骨折愈合和伤肢关节的康复[1].1998年10月至2001年2月我们采用外固定支架固定治愈感染性骨不连8例,现将护理体会报告如下.
