Abstract
压迫性食管梗阻多系纵隔原发性或转移性肿瘤压迫食管所致,若不及时解除梗阻,患者多因水电解质紊乱和营养不良在短期内死亡,是肿瘤科急症之一[1].我院自2000年1月至2001年10月对30例压迫性食管梗阻患者行X刀治疗,取得了较好疗效,现报道如下.
