Abstract
1990年8月至2002年8月我院收治溃疡病穿孔的老年患者42例.根据老年患者的特点,发生溃疡穿孔确诊后应立即手术.文献报道[1],老年人溃疡病穿孔的死亡率,十二指肠球部为14%,胃窦部为19%.我们针对老年患者溃疡病穿孔的特点,进行了相应的护理,效果良好.现报道如下.
