Abstract
胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic neuroendocrinetumors,pNET)为起源于胰腺神经内分泌细胞的神经内分泌肿瘤,根据来源细胞的不同分为较多的亚型,胰岛素瘤及胃泌素瘤最为常见,血管活性肠肽瘤?高血糖素瘤?生长抑素瘤等相对少见[1].对于胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的治疗,目前认为直径小于2 cm 的无功能pNET 可定期观察随访,不必立即进行手术治疗;直径大于2 cm 的无功能pNET 以及所有功能性pNET,手术仍是首选的治疗方式,也是唯一可能根治的方法[2].
