Abstract
患者女,35岁,主诉腹胀、恶心22年,间断上腹痛3年半,下腹坠胀1年,以“内脏下垂原因待查、十二指肠淤滞症”收入我院.患者22年前,无明显诱因出现上腹部堵胀感,伴恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物,无法进食,间断头痛,取俯卧位后腹部症状可好转,外院行钡餐造影示十二指肠扩张,可见逆蠕动,未予特殊治疗,此后症状无明显缓解.
