Abstract
自动化腹膜透析(automated peritoneal dialysis,APD)较持续非卧床腹膜透析(continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)具有一定的优越性.APD在发达国家被广泛使用,而在我国APD的发展相对较慢.本文从医疗因素,社会经济因素,个人因素,及家庭因素等方面对影响尿毒症患者选择APD透析模式的因素进行综述.旨在为尿毒症患者和相关医务人员透析模式的选择,国家医疗保险政策的调整,及社会支持体系的发展提供借鉴.促进APD的发展与进步,使得患者能够获得更好更合适的透析治疗,促进患者早日回归社会,提高生活质量.
