腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗终末期肾病的研究进展

Abstract
全球终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)患者逐年增多,我国慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患病率高达10.8％,其中1％的患者会发展至终末期肾病[1].ESRD的主要替代治疗方法包括血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)、腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)和肾移植.在上述替代疗法中,肾移植是最理想的ESRD治疗方法,但由于肾源短缺和患者自身经济条件等原因,绝大多数患者选择透析治疗.PD和HD各有优势,PD由于其在保护残余肾功能(residual renal function,RRF)上具有优势被提倡作为ESRD的首选治疗方式.
