Abstract
维生素D结合蛋白(vitamin D binding protein,DBP)主要由肝脏合成,广泛分布于全身多个组织器官.近年来的研究发现,DBP除了在血循环中结合、溶解和转运维生素D及其代谢产物之外,还具有独立于维生素D转运之外的免疫调节功能,与炎症和肿瘤的发生发展存在一定的关系.因此,本文综述了维生素D结合蛋白近期的研究进展,为今后相关领域的研究提供参考.
