2020年4月,美国肾脏基金会对肾脏病生存质量指导(kidney disease outcomes quality initiative,KDOQI)血管通路指南做了1次重大更新,围绕终末期肾病患者生存计划开展各项治疗,内容包括终末期肾病患者的生命规划、血管通路的选择、特定并发症处理的新方法等.本文结合我国国情,对本指南进行解读,指导医生和患者共同对终末期肾病的治疗模式和血管通路做出决策,并为后续研究带来方向性的建议.
