Abstract
化脓性脊柱炎是一种严重影响患者神经功能和生活质量疾病,以往关于血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)患者化脓性脊柱炎的病程和治疗的报道很少[1].本文对4例用微创技术治疗的患者及4例接受保守治疗患者在诊断、治疗和预后作了简要介绍,观察经皮脊柱内镜进行病灶清除的微创手术方法的临床疗效及诊断价值,现报道如下.
