Abstract
维持性血液透析患者(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)大多存在蛋白质能量消耗(proteinenergy wasting,PEW).PEW也是MHD患者死亡的独立危险因素,与MHD患者的不良预后及生活质量密切相关.而在透析过程中如何加强营养治疗一直饱受争议,本文就血液透析时营养治疗干预PEW的研究进展进行综述.
