某医院灾难救援护理团队在历次地震塌方救灾中,灾后15 min内即金员全装集合到位,30 min内便出发奔赴灾区,到达后即刻投入救援,且能完善自我保障,可实现救援连续性.针对我国灾害救援护理团队现存问题,对该院灾害救援护理团队的心理准备、人员配置及分组、体能及协同训练、物资储备等方面进行介绍.
