Abstract
目的 锥体束CT(Cone beam computer tomography,CBCT)结合Simplant软件,术前定量判断牙种植区骨密度.方法 对141例牙缺失患者进行CBCT扫描,共187个牙缺失位点,数据导入Simplant软件,对种植位点骨密度进行测量,骨密度以Hounsfield units(HU)表示,结合Lekholm和Zarb分类法进行分类统计.结果 牙缺失位点骨密度平均值为(530.35 ±211.65)HU,下颌前牙区(783.94±109.54) HU>上颌前牙区(584.53±185.76) HU>下颌后牙区(570.88±173.07) HU>上颌后牙区(385.49±186.10)HU.上颌前牙区与下颌后牙区之间骨密度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男女性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CBCT可以反映患者术前颌骨质量信息,结合Simplant软件,对种植术前评估与规划有指导意义.
