高龄食管癌贲门癌外科治疗体会

Abstract
我院自1995年1月～2000年1月共收治食管癌、贲门癌426例,其中高龄患者20例,占同期食管癌、贲门癌手术治疗的4.69%.除3例死亡外,均顺利渡过手术关,治疗效果满意.现就我们的治疗体会报告如下.
