Morel-Lavallée损伤的MRI表现

Abstract
目的 探讨Morel-Lavallée损伤(Morel-Lavallée Lesion,MLL)患者的磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)影像特点及其分型,以提高该病的诊断正确率.方法 回顾性分析经临床证实的13例Morel-Lavallée损伤患者的临床及MRI表现.结果 13例中男性5例,女性8例;均有外伤史,病变均位于皮下深层脂肪与深筋膜之间,MRI表现由于损伤时间的不同,病变信号多样,T1呈高或低信号,T2呈高或高低混杂信号.结论 MRI是诊断Morel-Lavallée损伤的首选影像学检查方法.根据临床外伤病史、病变发生的典型位置、有无假包膜、MRI信号特点,可明确Morel-Lavallée损伤的诊断.
