Abstract
目的 探讨产后抑郁症患者海马区1H-MRS的表现.方法 对63例产后抑郁症患者及30例健康对照组1H-MRS扫描, 感兴趣区为双侧海马, 并计算NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr的值.结果 中重度PPD组双侧海马区NAA/Cr较正常组及轻度PPD组减低, 差异存在统计学意义(P＜0.05).正常组、轻度PPD组及中重度PPD组两两之间Cho/Cr差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 产后抑郁症患者海马区NAA水平的变化与产后抑郁症的发生有关.
