Abstract
患者 女性,62岁.因“顽固性高血压40余年”于2017年6月3日收入院.平素血压最高达208/117mmHg,服用多种降压药物效果欠佳.既往体健.查体无明显异常.肾功能:BUN 4.5mmol/L,Cr 50.4umol/L.腹主动脉CTA示:腹主动脉迂曲,右肾动脉起始部中度狭窄(图1).诊断为:右肾动脉狭窄;动脉粥样硬化;高血压病(3级,高危组).
