Abstract
目的 探讨视网膜母细胞瘤CT表现特征.方法 回顾性分析52例(56只眼)经临床和手术或穿刺病理证实的视网膜母细胞瘤的CT表现.结果 视网膜母细胞瘤CT表现为眼球后壁软组织肿块52例(56只眼),钙化率95％,视神经增粗3例(4只眼),颅内转移3例,远处转移3例.分期准确率为77％.结论 视网膜母细胞瘤的CT表现具有特征性,CT检查对本病具有重要价值,对于临床治疗有重要的指导意义.
