Abstract

患者女性,32岁.突发头痛,恶心呕吐1天入院,查体:神志清,双上肢血压为90/165mmHg,双下肢血压为40/60mmHg,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,对光反应存在,颈部略抵抗,股动脉及足背动脉博动明显减弱.头颅CT检查:广泛蛛网膜下腔出血(图1),DSA显示主动脉缩窄(图2),前交通动脉瘤样改变(图3),即在全身麻醉下,给予颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗,成功将动脉瘤瘤腔闭塞(图4).手术顺利,患者恢复良好.
